Directions for use: Keep the worry stone close at hand. Gently rub the imprint with your thumb for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing slowly, as soon as you feel restlessness or tension coming on.

How does it work?
Regarding Bach flowers:
- Classic: 4 drops, 4 times a day, in a little water or directly under the tongue for adults
- Continuous use: 16 drops in 1L of water to be drunk throughout the day
- For children, it must be diluted in a glass of water.
For roll-on application, apply to the solar plexus, temples, or wrists. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. Reapply 3-4 times daily as needed. Discontinue use or consult your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
