    How does it work?

    Regarding Bach flowers:

    • Classic: 4 drops, 4 times a day, in a little water or directly under the tongue for adults
    • Continuous use: 16 drops in 1L of water to be drunk throughout the day
    • For children, it must be diluted in a glass of water.

    For roll-on application, apply to the solar plexus, temples, or wrists. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. Reapply 3-4 times daily as needed. Discontinue use or consult your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
